Camping in PineValley

So this camping trip was fun. It was really cold, not used to going from the 100's to the 70's burrr.....So the first night we were there we made a fire and were relaxing. My dad got one of his ideas to put a glass bottle with water in the fire. He thought the lid would just pop off and it would be cool I guess. So the bottle started making weird noises like it was going to blow. Everyone got up except for me and my dad (they were smart) all of a sudden I hear a boom! I look over and my dad is on his back and all I see is little fire balls, ash and glass flying every where. Luckly I had a blanket over my face and my dogs, or else I would have been burnt. The ash burnt through my blanket and my chair. We looked around the camp ground and found huge chunks of glass that could have hurt someone. I am so happy nothing happend to me or my dog. We got the camp owner called on us for loud noises, I think my dad learned his lesson.

Baby Ethan

My new nephew Ethan Ravell Higley. Born May 15. He weighs 9 lbs and is 21 inches long. He has a lot of hair! Annabelle was a bald baby lol. We are so happy he is here, and doing well.

Vegas and the good times it brings.

So this was about a month ago, we went to Vegas for my cousins birthday. Me and my mom decided to get a yard, we shared one and that thing was good for the both of us that night! We also tried jello shots, those things are hard to suck up lol. I think I sucked most of it up through my nost. My sister looks like she is a littel toasted in some of the pictures, but she is not.

That night was way fun, cant wait to go back.

Puppies

Here is Zoie, she is so much fun to have. She is a good friend to Minnie. The will play out side for hours. The sad thing is Minnie is dominating to her. If Zoie has a toy Minnie will come and take it out of her mouth.
Everywhere we go we are malled when we have her, what can we say she is a cute little fluff ball.


So here is the most recent picutre of Minnie. She is getting so big, she is using the doggie door now. She is almost potty trained, and does pretty well on a leash. She is so spoiled, I think she has like 6 outfits! She is my baby.

Fun day in the park

So we had such a fun day, we played at this really cool park out in Tonaquient. They have the coolest play ground. The girls call it the "spinny" park, because everything there spins around. Us adults were hogging all the stuff from the little kids lol...

It was a nice day to just be a kid again and forget about all the stresses of life, and it was nice to spend a day with the family.

Valentines Day preparation

So we had my brother and his family here for the week, so we decided to have a girls day. We baked valentines cookies and decorated them. Then we decided to pamper ourselves and give each other mani/pedi's for V-day. It was so much fun, especially to see my little neice. She is getting so big! Happy V-day to everyone.

Okay, I couldn't resist putting this picture of my niece on here. She looks like the grinch with her hair and that devilish smerk. She is so cute, we miss her so much.

Fun day with the Eshelles

Eshelles (Snow Canyon High) won region! This was my first time watching my sister performe, other than on tv. It was so much fun to watch and support her. Here we come to state next weekend.

First Baby boy for the Higley family!

So we just found out that Shayla is going to have a baby boy! We are so excited. Now she will have one of each. Little Annabelle will be so happy to have a little baby brother. Shayla is thinking she likes the name Ethan Ravell Higley. We all love it, and I love the fact that I get my girl name again. She is due in May sometime.

Beautiful St. George

Can I just say I love it here! I know I have only been here a few days but I love it!!!
The weather is gorgeous, it feels like its April already. I can actually see the sky here and the sunsets are so beautiful. It really feels like home, I was missing something before and that was my family. It was so hard to be away from them all the time, I felt like I was missing out on something. I feel like I am almost completed, I wish Curtis' family could be here and I think I am missing a little baby. But I can't have everything. But I am very grateful.

Good bye to our little Tikki

Today our little dog Tikki died. She was 13 years old, and had a good life. She was our little "boo boo, fluff fluff" as my mom would say. We love her and miss her.

Puppy Mania

My little baby Minnie! one ear is up and the other down. She is getting the mini pin ear and dauchsund ear.

First walk with Minnie

Today was our first walk! she did well, she is a little wild girl. She is getting so big, I want her to stay small forever. Today it was 60 degrees in St. George. I dont think I have ever been on a walk in January where I got hot enough to take my jacket off.

We set out on our new journey together!

So today is the last day here in the only place I know. It seems kinda weird to be leaving my work, friends, and family its sad. But I feel that us moving to St. George is a new start to our lives. My family is down there and they are the most important people in my life!
This is a new opprotunity for Curtis to advance in his career and a new opprotunity for me to figure out what I really want in life. We appreciate the support and love from everyone during these crazy few months. Please come down and visit!

Tempanyaki fun!

So me and some of my co-workers went to Tempanyaki for a "going away" dinner. That was the first time I had ever been there. It was so much fun. The food is awsome!!! I would totally love to go again. My favorite thing was the steak, yum.

Christmas 2008

So Christmas this year was great. My family came up from St. George and we stayed with my grandparents. Curtis got me the best Christmas present ever, a new puppy. Her name is Minnie she is a mini pin-dachshund mix. She is the cutest thing ever!

It was kinda funny because we were all sleeping and Curtis woke me up at like 5:30 and said he had to go help his dad move a washer and dryer for his parents. I thought that was kinda weird but I was to tired to care. So he came back home went to sleep, and at 7 was trying to wake me and everyone up. The puppy was in a box under the tree for like 2 hours...you could imagine why Curtis needed me to wake up so bad.

So I was the first to open my gift and it was a big surpirse. My hubby is the sweetest!
